AYAHUASCA RETREAT ONE DAY
Retreat of Ayahuasca in Peru, with expert Shipibo Shamans, experienced assistant and translator at a first class Ceremony Center either in Cusco City or the countryside, can be done day or nighttime. The Shaman intones the icaros, will interpret your visions during and after the ceremony of Ayahuasca. This sacred plant is guaranteed, powerful bodily, mental and spiritual healing.
A GOOD AYAHUASCA RITUAL
It should be done with a Shaman from the Amazon, who has at least 30 years of experience.
THE PURGE WITH VOLCANIC WATER
It helps washing the digestive tract by removing toxins and food residues that the body has not been able to expel, the same that are attached to the intestinal walls.
Preparation
Before taking Ayahuasca, you will have to go through a diagnosis or consultation about your personal status, the specialist will approve your well-being, check if you are able to drink Ayahuasca with the Shaman. The diagnosis allows you to know your health condition for taking Ayahuasca. And there is a physical preparation or personal diet, 3 days minimum before: no alcohol, cigarettes, pills, sex, drugs, meat, only consuming natural, vegetarian food.
Before taking Ayahuasca please note:
Please 1 day before the ceremony, you will have to come to our address, 148 Herrajes street, to drink the volcanic water (detoxification of the whole body, boosting of immune system, it is very important, before the Ayahuasca retreat). The volcanic water detox lasts from 1 to 2 hours, you can choose an hour between 9 am to 9 pm (if you do not have time, it's possible to drink it on the same day of your Ayahuasca retreat, after coordination). Do not forget 4 hours before volcanic water detoxification, complete fasting. The ayahuasca group has a maximum of 6 participants.
It includes
- 1 session of Ayahuasca according to the itinerary. Maximum group 6 participants.
- Accommodation in double or private rooms during the retreat.
- Conversation or consultation with the Shaman before beginning the Ayahuasca ceremony.
- Master Shaman of the Shipibo, Machiguenga or Ashaninca tribes, specialized in Ayahuasca ceremonies.
- Interpretation of all Ayahuasca experiences with the Shaman.
- Experienced assistants, translators in English for the spiritual retreat.
- Daily returns at 9am and 6pm. If there is an urgent departure time please coordinate.
The 1-day Ayahuasca ritual can be done either in daytime or at night, requires the ingestion of volcanic water for the purge (washing of the digestive system). This greatly helps an optimum absorption of Ayahuasca and to avoid toxins which will work against the effects of Ayahuasca.
An approximate period of time for the whole Ayahuasca session is 6 hours, the effects begin 1 hour after the ingestion of the brew, this is done accompanied by the Shaman, who will be there all the time, the presence of the Shaman is necessary, to watch over your safety, besides giving the patient the right dose of the brew. At the same time the Shaman intones the ikaros (Ayahuasca chants).
Many times the Shaman is the key to a good vision, since his songs directly influence the visions the patient will have.
- The Ayahuasca preparation begins with the volcanic water intake, the spiritual guide will give it to you the day before. Four hours earlier you must not consume anything. If you don't have time the day before, it's possible to drink it at the earliest in the same day.
- Our private transportation will pick you up at 9 am at the customer service office, if you're going to the Retreats temple in the countryside.
- Once you arrive at the Retreats Temple, the Shaman will start with the Ayahuasca ceremony.
- When you have finished the Ayahuasca ceremony, the Shaman will interpret all visions.
- Once you have had a vegetarian meal, our private ride will pick you up and go back to the hotel in Cusco City.
